Deccan Chronicle the leading English Daily of Hyderabad is planning to merge its subsidiaries Asian Age Holdings Ltd.; Deccan Chronicle Bangalore Ltd.; and Sieger Solutions Ltd. with itself.
Maybe its a stock market game. Later on they may also merge their sports management company which manages their IPL related business also to bring more valuation to the Listed entity
