We all know that prior to starting his TV channel RK of Andhra Jyothy has always been cultivating friends from the Krishna district, Kamma community or Kamma people who have migrated to Telengana from krishna district like Mandava Venkateshwarlu.

Now suddenly he realised the mood swing towards Telegana and is remembering his roots in Bodhan where he was born and grew up and is claiming that he is a staunch supporter of the Telengana movement

Seeing and knowing this double standard, people of telanga are leaving his TV and news paper and are joining a soon to start teleagana tv.

Even Allam Narayana from his News paper is also leaving Radha Krishna after seeing his double standards.

Shailesh Reddy's time up?

Looks like the time is up for Sailesh Reddy at Zee 24 Gantalu.

According to the information going around the management is seething mad at him due the fact that even HM TV is doing better than the Zee Telugu News channel. People are saying that HM Tv has beaten Zee 24 Gantalu in all categories in viewership as per the latest TAM report. We have to wait and see what happens at Zee 24 Gantalu.

T- Storm in Telugu Tv channels

Latest information is that atleast 3 Telugu News channels are having problems within their staff over polarisation of people on the T-Issues. Staff members of Sakshi TV, ABN Andhrajyothy and HM Tv are picking petty arguments with their co-staff members and this is bludgeoning into major fights in the office. Reports say that staff members are throwing files, papers and even computers in the office to vent their feelings either towards Samaikya Andhra Pradesh or Pro Telengana.

We hope that better sense prevails and they do their main job of reporting events.

RK turns Blackmailer

Already in financial crunch...RK of ABN Channel is now turning to balckmailing. Sources are telling that Sri Chaitanya group of institutions have paid 3.5 crores to this blackmailer for stopping him from telecasting a few unsavory stories.

Zee 24 Gantala on Oxygen

People who know the inside affairs of Zee 24 Gantalu , are saying that Sailesh Reddy has been asked to improve the channel ratings position drastically and to take it into the top 10 channels category. The deadline set is 01-01-10, else Sailesh shall be looking for a new job.

He has also been handed a Board mandate to reduce the current manpower strength by 50% as Zee is not in a position to pay them the salaries. Really pity the condition of all those who shall be asked to go.

Looks like the golden days for AP TV Journalists are over for the time being.

Vartha Tv Channel

Just heard from very reliable sources that the Sanghi family of Vaartha News Paper are finalising their plans to start a Telugu News channel.

They are trying to rope in Komineni from NTV to head the channel. Kommineni is very cut up with NTV Chowdry as Corruption King was brought in and kept above Kommineni in NTV. Rajsekhar brought in about 8 underperformers into NTV along with him and Kommineni is planning to take about 15 good persons out with him.

The same source informs that Sanghi shall have a tough time as even Sakshi TV Jagan is trying to get Kommineni into the channel. Looks like the stock of Kommineni is going up and that of Rajsekhar is going steeply down

Sakshi Tv Swapna to join Relaince TV ???

It appears that Big Fm of ADAG group is foraying into Telugu TV channel business.

According to Sakshi Tv sources , Swapna of Sakshi Tv is doing a great deal of buttering to a very senior person in Big FM Hyderabad and Mumbai to get appointed as the programming head in that venture.

The same sources say that she does not realising that they are all very intelligent and take only successful persons or persons with good track record and are really not interested in mediocre persons who cannot stick to a single job for any amount of time and get involved in all sort of office politics.

Corruption King Rajsekhar joins Ntv

After a most unsuccessful stint at inews our own Corruption King Rajsekhar has now joined with Ntv in the hope of resurrecting his flagging carreer. It is confirmed that he has joined there on a salary of Rs. 95000 p.m. He had no other alternative but to shift base as he was removed from iNews after they found out about his continuing his corrupt ways of life.
He has taken about 5 of his people along with him. Really feel sorry for him for haven gotten into this corrupt means of life.

Lets hope he mends his ways and does some good work for poor Narendra Chowdhry

TV5 is manipulating TAM Boxes

It has been reliably learnt that the TAM ratings of Tv5 are manipulated ones. They have caught hold of a few TAM meter houses in each city and are manipulating them for higher viewership nos.

Couple of channels have found this and have complained to TAM offices. TAM has initiated a strong investigation.
Last heard is that they are thinking of initiating action on the TV5 channel. This action could mean demonitoring of this channel for upto 2 years and also taking them to court which could have very serious repurcations including banning of their License by the Ministry and or legal prosecution.

Therefore the ratings of this channel are to viewed under the light of tampered reading putting a very serious doubt over their actual ratings. Wonder if anybody other than the TAM households are actually watching TV5 channel.

Poor TV9 and iNews, to shore up their falling TRPs and in search of higher TRPs, these news channels are getting more of entertainment content into the channels
iNews recently launched their total flop show with Bramanandam and Tv9 followed suit with the live telecast of the South Scope cine style awards.
When will these people know that to get TRPs you require hard news and not cheap Gimmicks.

We really pity their position. Wonder when will other channels join this race and make a beeline for entertainment properties. Lets hope better sense will prevail.

ABN Andhrajyothy comes in last

Telugu news channel ABN Andhrajyothy has made the least impressive debut by scoring .01 on the TAM, in almost all the markets. There is no scope for coming any less points than this. This denotes that all sections of the society have rejected this substandard stuff

lets see what gimmicks R K adopts to make it popular.

Rosaiah's TV dreams

Chief Minister Rosaiah gained confidence after Jagan's Delhi tour and is now trying to consolidate his position by making an entry in Media.
Irked by Saakshi writings and campaign he now wants to have his own media vehicle. He is now negotiating with two loss making Telugu tv Channels through his son. If these talks are fruitful our beloved C.M. would own a TV station by November 1st.

Is Ravi Prakash of Tv9 planning to enter politics.?
Although he publicly claims to be completely apolitical without any leaning towards any party, It is known that he was getting calls from the Congress party high command to join them before the last elections.

Look at his recent activities , like the flood relief activities, rally to collect funds for flood relief and his general approach towards public issues, participation in high profile activities.
All of this makes one wonder weather he is thinking of joining politics.

Sakshi TV head Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy has told to get rid of all seniors, as he is no longer able to afford their salaries.

The cut off amount fixed is Rs. 50000. Any employee with salary higher that this will be asked to go in the very near future.

"don't practice what you preach"

He advised all his staff not to spend money on fireworks for diwali but instead give the money for flood relief purpose. He of course is exempt and above this principle. He went ahead and spent Rs. 20 lacs on bursting crackers.

Another example is : not so long ago when PR president's daughter was getting married without her parents, he instructed his cameraman and reporter to jump the wall and get the photos and video of the wedding. When it came to him of course the media is supposed to maintain silence about his personal life. On Diwai evening he got injured while bursting crackers and the same was reported in a telugu news channel. He blew into fits when he saw this and started to shout at the channel people that they should not cover perosnal life.

Very true especially if you have many skeletons in your cupboard.

Moral of the story is : Don't Drink Before Lighting Fire Crackers.
